Full of good information and plans for anyone considering Intermittent Fasting. I'll definitely be giving some of these plans a try.
I have been intermittently fasting for about 2 months. Until reading this book I was unaware of all the benefits it has on my body, other than weight loss ( 10lbs lost in 2 months). With my new found knowledge I can better explain to my friends and family what intermittent fasting really means since my Mom is convinced that I'm "starving" myself!
Intermittent fasting s good for our body. Religion calls it the Lent. I follow the fasting twice a year and feel myself fine. This book gives good advice. I recommend reading.
I was hoping this book would give me some direction on what Intermittent Fasting routine is best. For example what one provides the most health benefits? Which one has the least benefits which are ...? So this book did give several intermittent fasting ideas but no real direction on why one would be better than the other. Personal preference was to be the deciding factor. So the book was of no help to me.
